The BOWC also authorizes, the Director to take such other action as may be necessary to accomplish the intent of this vote.

MOTION
Upon recommendation of Marqaicha Welch, Procurement Manager, the Board of Water Commissioners for the City of Detroit, Water and Sewerage Department, authorizes the Director to approve Amendment No. 1 to DWSD 6002926 (CS-1942) with Data Consulting for an IT Program Manager / Enterprise Architect for provide services related to the enQuestaLink and iTron upgrade; adding $670,000 for a total amended not-to exceed amount of $1,356,000 and to extend the term for two (2) years, through 6/30/24.
